These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of and access to all websites, membership platforms, courses, webinars, landing pages (including opt-in pages), and related services offered by Grow Without Guessing ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services in any way, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all provisions, discontinue use immediately.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
(1) Primary Offering: We provide educational programs and coaching designed to help content creators build authentic personal brands and grow their social media audiences through strategic, personality-driven content creation.
(2) Included Services:
Online courses, video lessons, templates, scripts, and training materials
Webinars, workshops, and virtual events (live or pre-recorded)
Community access, coaching calls, and support (including 1-on-1 support where applicable)
Content strategy frameworks, hook formulas, and viral video structures
Monthly group calls and ongoing community support
(3) Advertising: We run paid advertisements on various platforms directing users to our websites, landing pages, and webinar registration pages.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND USER REQUIREMENTS
(1) Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
(2) Legal Capacity: You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
(3) Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, current information and update it when necessary.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
(1) Certain services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information.
(2) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us at [email protected] if unauthorized use is suspected.
(3) Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for individual use only.
5. FEES & PAYMENTS
(1) Fees & Billing: Program fees are disclosed at the point of purchase
(2) Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan for any program, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless you qualify under the applicable refund guarantee terms.
(3) Ongoing Fees (Launchpad Only): After the initial 1-year access period for Launchpad, continued community access is available for $50/month. You may cancel at any time.
6. REFUND POLICY
LAUNCHPAD REFUND POLICY: There is no refund policy for the launchpad
ACCELERATOR REFUND POLICY:
Guarantee: 10,000+ followers and 1,000,000+ total views within 90 days.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:
- Complete the full 90-day program
- Attend all scheduled coaching calls
- Complete all program modules
- Implement the strategies taught in good faith
- Maintain consistent posting as directed (typically 1-2 posts per day, 6 days per week)
- Provide accurate tracking of your content performance
- Communicate with your coach if issues arise
If you meet all requirements and do not achieve the guaranteed results, we will either: Continue working with you for free until you achieve the results, OR Process a full refund.
Failure to meet any requirement voids eligibility for a refund.
INNER CIRCLE REFUND POLICY:
Default Guarantee: 30,000+ followers and 5,000,000+ total views across all videos within 6 months.
Custom Outcome Option: In your first month, you will define your specific 12-month outcome with Sean (may include revenue targets, brand deals, launches, or other business outcomes in addition to or instead of follower/view metrics).
To qualify for guarantee fulfillment:
- Attend all scheduled monthly 1-on-1 sessions with Sean
- Complete all program modules
- Implement the strategies in good faith
- Maintain consistent posting as directed (typically 2 hours per day, 6 days per week)
- Engage actively in the Inner Circle community
- Provide accurate tracking of progress toward agreed outcomes
If you meet all requirements and do not achieve your guaranteed outcome (default or custom) within 12 months, we will continue working with you for free until you achieve the results.
No time limit. No additional cost. We work with you until you hit the outcome.
The only requirement: you must actually do the work.
Late/Failed Payments: If payments fail, we may suspend or revoke access until resolved.
No Refunds After Access to Certain Materials: Once you gain access to premium 1-on-1 coaching, private brand audits, or other high-touch services, that portion of your payment becomes non-refundable unless covered by the specific guarantee terms above.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(1) All content (videos, templates, hook formulas, scripts, training materials, frameworks) is owned by Grow Without Guessing and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
(2) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
(3) You may NOT:
- Share login credentials with others
- Resell, redistribute, or reproduce any course content or materials
- Use materials for commercial resale or to train others
- Publicly share proprietary templates, scripts, or frameworks
- Record, screenshot, or distribute coaching calls without written permission
(4) User Content: Any content you share in our community platforms, coaching calls, or other program spaces grants us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for operational and promotional purposes (including testimonials, case studies, and marketing materials). We will seek your permission before using identifiable content publicly.
8. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS AND EARNINGS
(1) All content is for educational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed except where explicitly stated in program-specific guarantee terms.
(2) Income examples and growth metrics shared (such as Sean's journey from 500K to 1M followers, student results, or "$10K/month" potential) represent individual outcomes and are not typical results. Your results will vary based on effort, experience, existing audience, content quality, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.
(3) Follower growth and view counts depend on factors including but not limited to: content quality, posting consistency, platform algorithm changes, audience resonance, niche selection, and timing. We do not control social media platforms.
(4) Testimonials and case studies represent individual outcomes and are not guarantees of your results.
(5) We are not financial, legal, tax, or career advisors. Content creation and social media strategies should be implemented at your own risk and discretion.
(6) Brand deal income, sponsorship opportunities, and monetization potential vary widely and depend on factors outside our control.
9. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
(1) We collect personal data (name, email, phone number where applicable, payment information) and usage data.
(2) We may use tracking technologies (such as pixels, cookies, and analytics tools) to improve marketing performance and user experience.
(3) We may record coaching calls, group sessions, and community interactions for quality assurance, training, and content creation purposes.
(4) By using our services, you consent to this data collection.

10. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND USER CONDUCT
(1) Users must engage respectfully in all community environments (including the Launchpad community, Accelerator groups, and Inner Circle).
(2) Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward other members or staff
- Spam, unsolicited promotions, or self-promotion of competing services
- Sharing copyrighted materials that violate intellectual property rights
- Illegal content or encouragement of harmful activities
- Impersonating other members or staff
- Sharing other members' content, strategies, or private information without permission
(3) We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these guidelines without refund.
(4) The community is a space for mutual support. We encourage accountability, honest feedback, and celebrating wins together.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
(1) Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
(2) We are not liable for:
- Changes to social media platform algorithms, policies, or features
- Account suspensions, shadowbans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
- Loss of income, followers, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Technical issues, service interruptions, or platform downtime
(3) Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
(4) Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grow Without Guessing LLC, Sean Hammond, and all associated team members, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Content you create or share based on our training
- Your interactions with other community members
13. PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS
LAUNCHPAD-SPECIFIC TERMS:
(1) Initial access period is 1 year from date of purchase.
(2) After 1 year, continued community access is $50/month and can be canceled at any time.
(3) Monthly group calls are scheduled at our discretion and may vary in frequency or format.
(4) Access to bonus materials (Template Vault, Behind-the-Scenes Looms) may be updated or rotated based on program evolution.
ACCELERATOR-SPECIFIC TERMS:
(1) Program duration is 90 days from your official start date (set during onboarding)
(2) You must complete onboarding within 2 weeks of purchase to activate your start date and guarantee eligibility.
(3) Coaching sessions must be scheduled through our booking system and are subject to coach availability.
(4) The 10K followers / 1M views guarantee is measured cumulatively across your chosen primary platform(s) from your program start date.
(5) Bonus materials (Private Brand Audit, Template Vault, Brand Collaboration Guide) are provided during the program and remain accessible after completion.
(6) Graduates may apply for invitation-only programs or opportunities after successful completion.
INNER CIRCLE-SPECIFIC TERMS:
(1) Entry is application-only and subject to approval. Not all applicants will be accepted.
(2) Program duration is 6 months of active coaching, with lifetime Inner Circle community access.
(3) Monthly 1-on-1 sessions with Sean are scheduled based on mutual availability and must be scheduled in advance.
(4) Your custom 12-month outcome will be defined during your Month 1 onboarding session and documented in writing.
(5) The guarantee extends to 12 months (6 months active + 6 months measurement/support) and has no time limit if additional support is needed.
(6) Priority access to opportunities in Sean's network is at his sole discretion and not a contractual obligation.
(7) Lifetime community access includes all future Inner Circle members but does not guarantee continued monthly 1-on-1s after the initial 6-month period.
(8) If you fail to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice (24-hour minimum), those sessions may be forfeited and do not affect your guarantee eligibility.
14. ADVERTISING & COMPLIANCE
(1) We run advertisements across various platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google) in compliance with platform policies and applicable advertising regulations.
(2) We do not guarantee results from interacting with our advertisements or enrolling in our programs, except where explicitly stated in program-specific guarantee terms.
(3) By engaging with our advertisements, you consent to data tracking as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
(4) Testimonials and results shared in advertising represent individual outcomes and are not typical.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regards to conflict of law principles.
(2) Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in the United States.
(3) No Class Actions: You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. All disputes must be brought individually.
(4) Exception for Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property violations or breaches of confidentiality.
(5) Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
16. TERMINATION
(1) You may terminate your account or cancel ongoing subscriptions (such as Launchpad monthly fees) at any time by contacting [email protected].
(2) We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 9
- Fail to make required payments
- Use our services in a manner that harms other users or the Company
(3) Upon termination:
- All licenses to use our intellectual property end immediately
- You lose access to all course materials, communities, and coaching
- No refunds will be provided except as explicitly stated in program-specific guarantee terms
- You remain bound by confidentiality and intellectual property provisions
(4) Sections that survive termination: Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
17. INTERNATIONAL USERS
(1) Our services are operated from the United States and are intended for users worldwide.
(2) If you access our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
(3) Content may reference specific social media platforms, strategies, or tactics that may not be available or may function differently in your jurisdiction.
(4) Payment processing may be subject to international transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment processor.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
(1) We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
(2) When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification to the address on file (for significant changes)
- Displaying a notice in your account dashboard or community platform
(3) Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
(4) If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements or guarantee documentation you receive, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grow Without Guessing regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
